Sir James Blake, former Scotland Yard Inspector, has financed and perfected a death ray. The Scorpion, whose right hand closely resembles a lobster's claw, embarks upon a campaign of terror which includes kidnapping, dynamiting and attempts at murder in order to gain the secret of this incredible weapon.
