by Franz Schubert. After three successful CDs with works by Ludwig van Beethoven for violoncello and fortepiano, the horn sonata and songs by Robert Schumann, a new gem is now released in this historically important cycle. Thanks to the use of original keyboard instruments from the Klassik Stiftung Weimar the original sound of the early 19th century is preserved in a unique way.
