There, now one is more ready for the enjoyment of a musical poetics that does not exhibit the garish colors nor the rhythmic ease of dance. For that matter, even the album's title, which coincides with that of the opening track, does not suggest the image of sunny beaches or carnivalesque catharsis: instead, it is humble and pensive music, certainly not devoid of the fertile Central and South American scans but leaning toward critical revision and introspection. All this, combined with the intense themes and excellent interplay between the three musicians, is quite fascinating...
