Ray Gelato, the Godfather of Swing, Drops New Album "The Italian Song Collection"

Fronted by the charismatic Ray Gelato as he delivers a high-energy mix of Italian classics, including rare gems and his own originals, The Italian Song Collection is a beautifully curated compilation of some of Ray's personal favourite Italian songs, brought together in one stylish release.

Ray has been taking his special brand of swing, jazz and R&B music all over the world since 1988, appearing at festivals, clubs and concert stages from The Blue Note in Milan to The Lincoln Centre in New York.

He has performed twice for the late HM The Queen, opened for Robbie Williams at the Royal Albert Hall and was asked to play at Sir Paul McCartney's wedding.

Jools Holland opined that 'He plays what he means and means what he plays' and this collection confirms that this is indeed the case.
