UNDERTOW present themselves on their new album 'Reap The Storm' fresher and more energetic than ever. The musical reshuffle offered the opportunity to develop further, to discover new skills and of course to exploit them consistently. For the first time they experimented more intensively with longer guitar solos and two-part vocals, the bass contributes more than ever with the sophisticated drumming to the steady foundation of the sound. Together with the outstanding vocals, the partly socially critical, partly personal songs again show a clear increase in the band's spectrum. Energy, catchiness, melody and aggressiveness, which have always been a trademark of UNDERTOW, come to the fore once again.



The songs were produced and mixed for the fifth time in cooperation with Roger Grüninger in Studio 141 in Schwäbisch Hall, who was also responsible for the predecessors 'Don't Pray To The Ashes' and 'In Deepest Silence' (Rock Hard #1 & #3 / Metal Hammer #2 & #3). Also in the mastering nothing was left to chance and took the services of Achim Köhler (Amon Amarth, Sodom, Accept, Primal Fear, Brainstorm ...). Cover and booklet were again designed by Björn Gooßes @ Killustrations (Sodom, Dew Scented, Hackneyed, Kvelertak, ...).
